Re stucco in Capitol Hill
Washington, DC
Our new wall finished. Orange mesh protects neighbors from debris.
You probably have seen our chipping and bonding method if you have visited my site before. Loose areas are knocked off and the rest of the wall is chipped every 4 inches or so.
Wall is straight, Buddy-ro.
Finish coat is REAL white portland cement, lime and Medium grit white sand.
The color is an earthy greenish color made with Sherwin-William paint tint.
Our natural white cement window sills are formed with styrofoam and filled in.
The finished sills look like the cement sills you see on old houses. Of course,
the sills are angled down for water run-off.

Leaky parapet wall caused the stucco to fail.
We removed almost all the old stucco from the salmon brick.
More about our cement sills. Typical sills on old houses in Washington were 5 inches wide with a 15o slope.
We formed the sills with styrofoam and filled them with white portland cement and white sands.
New house

for JTM Builder's Inc.
A new color stucco house in West Virginia.
Everything is wrapped up, covered up, and taped off.
Finish coat is White Portland cement, white lime and white silica sand. Sand is half medium and half fine. This is known as 20/30 in California.
Brown coat is wet down twice a day. This makes the wall much stronger.
Stucco adds a nice contrast to the stone.
Color is Oyster white, a creamy off-white.
