1913 townhouse gets a re-stucco:

Old stucco was falling off in Washington, DC.

Most of the stucco easily came off the old salmon bricks. Arches over windows and doors were badly deteriorated.

There was no flashing on the back of the parapet. Somebody in a big hurry stuck some rubber tape stuff on and left it.
