emergency plaster repair.

We were called in for an emergency plaster repair. A chunk of the ceiling fell off in the ballroom. Galvanized plumbing is a time bomb.

Stucco replaced in Bethesda, Maryland

stucco failed because the lath was nailed to celotex in Bethesda, Maryland.

The reason the stucco failed is the lath was nailed to celotex, a paper insulation board.

We nailed the new lath to the studs using 2" nails. The tudor boards were taped off and covered up to avoid scratching up the paint. We even left the old flashing which was well done.

The finish is REAL white portland with REAL white sand.

A color stucco house we did in 2009 had a new Spanish tile roof. We cut the stucco, put on new flashing, and used a decorative band to hide the patch.
