The joints were taped with mesh tape.

Veneer basecoat plaster is super hard for a thin coating. They make one coat plasters for this, but the 2 coat is far better.

Trestle type scaffold is built on top of the main scaffold.

The beams, stones, windows, etc. are covered with plastic and tape.

We put plenty of flex con in the scratch coat. This solidified the surface and provided adhesion for a good bond. A view from the scaffold.

Window returns are trued up with a rod.

Plaster walls have a tight seal around the electrical boxes for better fireproofing.

Run your hand on a new plaster wall and you'll be sold.
