A few notes about this project :

Side walls, curtains, everything draped off with plastic and tape.

Floors are covered

Floors are covered with a layer of plastic, a layer of Correx plastic sheets ,and a layer of drop clothes. Everything is taped together to prevent leaks.

 Not a speck of dust anywhere.

One person holds a shop vac and the other cuts with a diamond blade. Not a speck of dust anywhere. Plus, we are inside a zip wall dust tent.

Water damage.

Water damage is chiseled off next to molding

I tried using liquid nails to stick the ceiling up and it didn't work. Next, I used a little molding plaster and ceiling is solid as a rock.

Hole is drilled in the back of the pre cast keystone.

I squared up a piece of the molding using a miter saw.

Template is made in a vise by filing a little at a time
