Community Center Southeast Washington, DC Finish coat on stucco is Finestone. Colored rocks are thrown into the finish, in this case white rocks and white mortar. The brown coat must be dead straight for this to look right. The finish looks like precast concrete for a fraction of the cost. |

We did this in 1995 in Washington. Note the insets around the windows.
The insets are formed with 2x4s and the wall is filled the in solid.
Color is White portland lime and yellow sand.
