Circa 1964 split house has a dramatic make-over. 
Finish is REAL portland cement and REAL sand. 
Color is 97 "Pacific sand" from La Habra stucco. 

BELOW: Before shot shows plywood batten siding on top floor and painted brick on bottom floor. 

After shot shows nice monolithic simple look. 
Note there is no expansion joint separating the floors for a smooth even flow.

Signs we can do without
I got rid of the part with illiterate traffic signs. It was too political and had
nothing to do with stucco.
