Circa 1964 split house has a dramatic
make-over.
Finish is REAL portland cement and REAL sand. Color is 97 "Pacific sand" from La Habra stucco. BELOW: Before shot shows plywood batten siding on top floor and painted brick on bottom floor. After shot shows nice monolithic simple look.
