We scaffolded up house to tear off the EIFS. Rotten OSB
sheathing
is soaking wet, rotten, and full of bugs.
EIFS is like a plastic bag, trapping water against the wall. Tiny holes in the finish coat material let water in, but not back out. Check back as the drama unfolds.
