Portland cement finish has screened yellow sand and coarse amber colored sandblasting sand.

|We scaffolded up house to tear off the EIFS. Rotten OSB
is soaking wet, rotten, and full of bugs.
EIFS is like a plastic bag, trapping water against the wall. Tiny holes in the finish coat material let water in, but not back out.
