Tyvek off, tarpaper on. Self furring lath applied. Here we used a piece of apron flashing on the temporary deck floor. A spacing block (foreground) is used as a gauge to hold the lath up. This allows the proper space for the
finish flooring  to slide beneath the stucco.
This makes for a neater job on the floor installation and correct flashing of the ledger board.
Exterior ceilings are covered with light weight painters' plastic to avoid clean up. Another finished job.
