FEMA style sand bags are filled to cushion the
Spanish tile roofs.
These tiles break easily if you walk on them. This sand bag method works. We haven't broken a tile.

The existing house, on the front will be recoated.
The addition on the back will have new stucco.
Arches are formed with masonite and filled in.
Hope you can see what is going on. Sorry for the bad pictures. The lens on my cell phone camera gets dusty out here.

A screed is set about 5 feet high using a string line.
